Summit Construction Co., Inc. is a full service construction company
providing project programming, project management, scheduling, estimating, construction management, general construction, and design-build expertise with our key focus being client satisfaction.
Summit Construction was incorporated, April 8, 1983. The company has evolved from an interior renovation company with an annual gross sales of $250,000 to one of the largest General Contractor/Construction Managers
in the Indianapolis area. Summit Construction performs commercial, industrial and institutional construction services with an annual sales volume exceeding $60 million.
As a General Contractor we typically perform the majority of the demolition, excavation, backfill, concrete, reinforcing steel, finish carpentry, specialty items and metal building work with our own forces.
Approximately 75% of our volume is institutional -- health care, churches and schools. The remainder is industrial including our involvement at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as their General Contractor/Construction
